Who are we?
We are Greg and Julia.
We are old enough to have loaded ourselves with abundant experiences: learning about a mix of complex IT systems and gaining wisdom about people and the nitty gritty of how organisations work.
We are young enough to crave after workplaces that are fun and striving to be successful.
Our idealistic (and pragmatic) experiences shaped our belief that we can successfully mingle people and technology in training environments that we make un-boring while challenging your people to strengthen desired behaviours.
No, we do not sell pyjamas – yet!
But, we are stocking the shelves with a few super useful training tools.
Who are you?
You are any organisation that has a wholehearted belief in your people.
You have a strategic plan tells you what your organisation is setting out to achieve.
Your organisation works by its values to get there.
Looking out for your people is your modus operandi. It’s your culture.
If you do not have a strategy or rules of engagement, you are adlibbing and leaving success to chance. We don’t play that way.
We have plenty to share if you believe that successful outcomes are planned instead of chanced upon by luck.
Your organisation consistently strives to build professional muscle in your people through training. You might want your colleagues to know a simple keyboard shortcut to keep their computer secure through to building expertise in a transformational business system.
You are on the lookout for a way to deliver easy to implement solutions that are awesome.
What do we do?
- We work collaboratively to understand your goals.
- We have conversations with you so that your objectives become obvious.
- We ask you enough questions to understand why a problem exists. If you don’t have a problem, then that is a problem.
- We work alongside you to propose solutions that will give staff the skills they need to work the way you need them to.
- We either build solutions for you or strengthen the skills of your people so that they can build the tools or create the processes to be successful. The tools could be templates, videos, work guides, eLearning modules. Or it could be a sticky note with a reminder to lock your computer. We don’t recommend a complex solution to a simple problem.

Why do we do it?
You will understand what we do as training. And, there is a smorgasbord of businesses that can deliver training.
They will tell you when and where to click, point, type, enter, scroll and highlight. Sometimes that type of instruction is needed.
We go a lot deeper. We want your people to understand why they are beefing up their skills and increase their motivation to do so. Your training must be meaningful plus it must create improved skills which means improved outcomes.
So, your ‘why’ is critical to us. We are invested in your organisation or team achieving its goals as goals are a great measure of success. We want you to be successful.
We are terrifically allergic to ‘training’ that is just page after page of text.
Instead, we aim to provide experiences where your people are able to practice how you want them to perform.
